How to join the loyalty program?
Just register to create your account and start winning rewards!

How can I use my points?
Log in, go to your dashboard and select the How to Exchange section to use your points for rewards.
Where can I see my score balance?
Log in to your account first! Your points balance will be displayed at the top of the loyalty page, in your dashboard or at the cashier.

Do my points expire?
Points expire after one year in the absence of activity in the account.
Are my rewards expiring?
Rewards do not expire once activated in the account.
What happens with my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points earned for this purchase will be deducted from your account.
When am I gonna receive my birthday present?
Your birthday! The only exception is if your birthday falls within 30 days of the date you seized it. This is an anti-fraud measure, and you will still receive your points after about 30 days.
I forgot to use my points at the cash register, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be exchanged after a purchase has already been made.
