What is the difference between the old Smoothing Base and the Active Smooth - What?

The rendering of both products is the same, but we have reformulated the Smoothing Base so that the result is even more effective! Indeed, the Active Smooth fills the streaks well but strengthens the nails more than our Smoothing Base. Also, the Smoothing Base could be applied as a base under a Green varnish, but l- Active Smooth is an all in one that does not apply therefore as a base coat.
